Server Issues & First new beta

PHP killed itself...

Sorry for the downtimes the last 2 days. I somehow fucked up the auto updates of the server and PHP didn't start itself after an serverupdate. This should be fixed now.

I'm also pretty far with the refactor and updates for all sections of the game for the first "new" round with normal 1x speed in 2 weeks :)
